Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Creamy, chocolatey and good for you! This avocado pudding is low in added sugars and a great source of healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocado ripe
  • 1/2 banana ripe
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp honey optional

Instructions

  1. 1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

    2. Top with chopped nuts like almonds, walnuts or pistachios. Serve cold. 

Recipe Notes

If you let the pudding sit in the fridge overnight it thickens up and is similar to frosting!
